HYDRATE ME!
Anyone that knows me knows that there are two things I truly hate: Cardio and Plain Water. Cardio I can't seem to ever escape from, but water I've always found a sneaky way to get away with it not being so bad. Recommended Dosage:
1) Always drink one full bottle of Hydrolyze Ultra 30mins prior to any physical activity. You can also take any supplement in conjunction with the water for better results due to faster absorption of the supplement.

My personal experience:
After reading the reviews and finally getting my case (THANK YOU JACK TITONE) I decided to put my skepticism to the test. As directed I pounded one 16.9 ounce bottle pre work out, and let me say, IT WAS TASTY!!! I found that it is best served ICE COLD, and it really does have a very clean (SLIGHTLY) sweet taste; then headed to the gym for my shoulder workout. Typically, I have to do some type of warm up and get pumped up to train, but once I got to the gym, I was ready to ROCK!
During my workout I noticed that I wasn't as thirsty as I normally am. Usually when I train I easily go through two refills of my (32oz) Nalgene bottles and then another during cardio. Today, I only went through one! This was an added bonus because I didn't have to stop my work out several times to use the restroom! Score!
Post workout I did as instructed and slammed down another 16.9 ounce bottle...and already I'm feeling rejuvenated from my workout as opposed to wanting to come home and take a nap. I found this to be yet another benefit that being properly hydrated without having to consume the typical three 32oz bottles of water, gives me more energy though out the day by only drinking two 16.9 ounce bottles of Hydrolyze Ultra!
