Career: I am a liquor and wine sales representative and owner of Fine Fanny Fitness personal training.
Sports background: I started in fitness at the age of 9 taking karate and cheerleading. Growing up I was a very active child. My mother's motto was, if you stay busy you stay out of trouble. I was a cheerleader and dancer for the majority of my life. In 2006 I began cheerleading in the NFL for the Cincinnati Bengals.
Why NPC: When I decided to compete I researched different organizations and found the NPC to be the best. The NPC cares about their athletes and they give us the exposure and support we need to be successful. I am honored to be part of this organization!!
What do you like best about competing? Showing class and sass on stage. Being a former cheerleader I enjoy being in front of a crowd. I also enjoy networking with the amazing people in this industry and being with my teammates from Team Bombshell and FMG.

Competitors you look up to: I look up to all competitors. All competitors compete because they want to compete and have a passion for the sport. You have to have passion to make the sacrifices we do on an everyday basis. So anyone that gets on stage I admire and respect!
Favorite cheat food: pizza and gourmet cupcakes
Favorite diet food: oatmeal prepared with cinnamon, stevia, and a couple of almonds. YUMMY!
Favorite body part to train: Legs
Least favorite body part to train: Legs
I have a love/hate relationship with training my legs. In bikini it is very important to have beautiful legs and glutes so I train them very hard and the workouts are ALWAYS challenging. I feel strong and accomplished after my leg workouts! It hurts so bad, but feels so good
Hobbies: researching fitness and motivational topics, cooking, competing, knitting, boating and online shopping.
Words to live by: If it doesn't break you it will only make you stronger is the motto I live by. I also believe that life is what YOU make of it so write down your goals and refer to them daily. Best Wishes and Happy Training my friends!
