Why NPC: IS THERE ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION???
What do you like best about competing? The goals set and achieved, the discipline and dedication required, the people you meet along the way...and what it takes and feels like to be told you did it! And the food you get to eat after!
Competition history: started at age 19..1st BB competition, small local show took 3rd. Then did Fitness and Power Lifting, did well in both. Then Figure in 2007 at the state level and 2008 at the National level. Switched to BB in 2009.

Competitors you look up to: Iris Kyle..who doesn't that is a Female BB!..Look at her symmetry! Cory Everson..that is who inspired me and who had classic lines with the amazing combination of a physique with femininity, muscularity, and beauty..and great legs!
Favorite cheat food: 2..Chocolate and peanut butter..don't think I am the only one there.
Favorite diet food: wow...hard one...I really like a lot of them, that is why dieting is not too bad! Oatmeal, sweet potatoes, fish, egg whites, chicken..
Favorite body part to train: LEGS! What would you think I would say? LOL
Least favorite body part to train: Depends on the week.
Hobbies: Training..LOL..hanging out with my family, reading, riding horses, scuba diving, anything that involves the beach!
Words to live by: "Strength"..have it tattooed on my wrist to remind me everytime I need it..whether it be to push out that last rep, or to be strong inside.
"Train hard, or go home." I don't go home! Neither do the people I help..they may go to the bathroom on leg day, but never home.
"Loyalty" Be loyal, to your family, your friends, your trainer who got you there..in my case Mike Davies who I continue to trust and put faith in to help me be the best I can be every time I step foot on the stage.
"Do unto others as you would have others do unto you." This applies in every way, every day..but as far as training and competing..I use it to support and encourage everyone out there who is dedicated and disciplined enough to do this sport, we are all champions.
"Stay humble"..no room for arrogance, there is always someone better.
In closing, I want to thank RX Girl for the "Spotlight". My husband Francesco Pillari and I also enjoy covering some of the local NPC shows for RX Muscle and love this site!
