Name a song that motivates you: Anything loud with good base keeps me focused and motivates me to push harder. A good example is "Move your Ass" By Scooter!
What is your biggest gym pet peeve? People that try to have a conversation with me while I am completing a set!
How do you like to reward yourself? I love traveling. If I am able, I like to plan a getaway, especially after a show, or having a great dinner and glass of red wine with friends and family is a close second!
If you could change one thing about the world what would it be? Get rid of all the fast food places that are contributing to early onset diabetes, health issues, emotional issues etc...
What do you do right before you step onstage? I do a lot of mental prep and visualization. Before I step on stage I visualize myself on stage perfect and polished, have three red/black Ju Ju Bes, apply lip gloss and go!
Nook, Book or Kindle? I still like the real deal, book!

If someone followed you for the day what would they be most surprised about?
Life is busy so I am always multi-tasking! I wake up at 4 or 5am and don't stop!
What is your preferred tanning product and why? I like to use Jantana Spray Tan, simple, easy, even and great product.
Favorite Quote: My Dad always said this to me when I was negative, worried or intimidated "Whether you think you can or think you can't.....your right!" I use this often with others and myself still.
Who would you like to thank? I would be foolish to think I would have achieved any of these accomplishments without a strong support system that has helped me, encouraged me and pushed me to surpass any obstacles along the way.
There are so many people to thank, but of course I would have too many to list! My fantastic family, especially my Pops who has never missed a show, my supportive friends and fans always sending me good thoughts and messages. Countless people I have met over the years who have all motivated me and inspired me to continue setting and reaching my goals.
Special thanks to my trainers Brian and Donna Logue who are an amazing team, I have been with them since the beginning, they have helped mold me into not only a strong athlete in the sport but in life as well.
I am so excited to step on stage next as a IFBB Pro and make Canada proud!
