Date of birth: April 21, 1984
Hometown: Born and raised in Saipan. I am currently residing in San Diego, CA.
Career: Administrative Assistant at a holistic health care center.
Sports background: I played volleyball all through middle school. In high school I joined the cheer squad and that was when I really began to appreciate fitness. I learned to weight train and developed a passion for being fit.
Why NPC: I decided to join the NPC due to the many opportunities they have for competitors.
What do you like best about competing? I love the challenge of following a strict program. I feel like I am the ultimate "type A" personality. I get a kick out of planning out my daily schedule on Excel. I love order and routines and in order to compete, you need to be skilled in both of these areas. I love seeing the results of all the time and hard work I put in.

Competitors you look up to:I admire my coach Gina Aliotti. She is proof that being fit is achievable and can be maintained whether you are a competitive athlete or just someone wanting to improve their quality of life. I also admire the physiques of Kristi Tauti and the stage presence of Alicia Harris.
Favorite cheat food:I LOVE cereal!!! I could live off of cereal...I haven't tried one that I didn't like. I think it's the sweet crunchiness combined with the cold delicious taste of Almond Breeze.
Favorite diet food: Oatmeal. It's so comforting and delicious.
Favorite body part to train: I love training back because it is always interesting. There are so many different exercises you can do.
Least favorite body part to train: Legs are my least favorite because there are so many different muscles to focus on and this can take a lot of time.
Hobbies: I like to experience different cultures. I also love to read and to experiment with new recipes.
