What is your favorite childhood memory? My parents put me half asleep into the car about 4am one morning. I had no clue where we were goin,g but I'm big on sleeping so went right back to sleep. Before I knew it we were in a place I didn't recognize and they said, surprise!!! We are going to Disney Land!!! It was an amazing vacation and a child's dream come true!!

 

Name a song that motivates you. "I made it" by Kevin Rudolph. It's on my IPod and it makes me feel like I have made it. I am accomplishing my dreams.

 

What is your biggest gym pet peeve? Oh gosh, I can only name one?? Ha! The biggest one for me is when someone is on a machine I want and they haven't done a set in 5 minutes and the only muscles that are at work are in their texting fingers.

 

How do you like to reward yourself? Heading off to my favorite place with my husband, Venice Beach! We go to the Mecca, eat at the Firehouse, walk the boardwalk....oh yes we do,it's pretty fun to see the looks you get!

 

If you could change one things about the world what would it be? What an intense question! I would definately say I wish we could make our children's education first and foremost top priority on the governments budget. Giving them all they need for the best education possible with the best teachers available. I volunteer at my kids school every week and it is hard to see what is being taken away because of a "budget".

 

What do you do right before you step onstage? Eat my mini Kit Kat, give my husband a kiss for good luck and pump out as many push ups as I can. I mentally give myself a pep talk about all I have done to prepare for that moment. All the weight training, CARDIO, posing practice and eating exactly what I'm supposed to eat for 20 weeks.  I kicked butt and now it's time to show everyone!

 

53Nook, Book or Kindle? Nahhh... I kinda have this on/off switch on my butt. I sit down to read and it's nappy time for me!

Las Vegas Classic 2009 Figure Class C 5th place

West Coast Classic 2010 Figure Class C 3rd Place

USA's 2010 Figure Class C 16th place ( a nice way of saying last)

Las Vegas Classic 2010 Women's Bodybuilding Middle Weight (132lbs) and Overall Champion

 

My stint in figure was brief to say the least, I was way to muscular and not willing to give up my way of training to give up my size. I knew I was a bit small in comparison to the other female bodybuilders, but I love to compete so said let's do bodybuilding and have fun doing it!! Then I came home with two trophies and an overall title. I was on cloud nine! So trying to stay at my current size I am moving on to what I think is the best fit for me.... women's physique!

If someone followed you for the day what would they be most surprised about? They wanted kids, but now they are undecided or maybe instead of 4 kids they now want 1, oh and that I do alot of stuff all day long and am super busy, but nothing seems to get accomplished, ei; housework!! But hey with 3 kids, 3 hours in the gym through out the day, taking care of my Shitzu "Flex" and being a personal trainer I barely even have time to think about eating!!! Ok that's so not true, I always am thinking of my next meal.


What is your preferred tanning product and why? I really like Pro Tan. Their pre tan scrub is great, which I use everyday the week of the show.  The color is nice and in an easy to use spray can with touch up brush.

Who would you like to thank? My husband for being an awesome workout partner. We train everyday together, and he plans out my diets, and grills all the chicken. He is my best 2nd set of eyes and will not be afraid to tell me what and where I need to improve. The guy has a pretty tough job! My whole family is super supportive and understanding of my dedication to what I do everyday, especially the kids. They are always showing me there muscles too!! So cute!
