What do you like best about competing? I love the day of the show. I like getting all dolled up and presenting on stage. Its always a blast with my team.

Favorite cheat food: Anything that I am not suppose to have. I love food in general. I don’t discriminate.
Favorite diet food: Egg whites and oatmeal keep my sanity in check. I love making them into protein pancakes.
Favorite body part to train: Back is my absolute favorite, I am always trying to improve it more and more. I am genetically gifted in that area, so it’s never been an issue to train.
Least favorite body part to train: Legs, they grow too easy if I train them too much and are a pain to bring down. I tend to not do anything heavy but instead a ton of reps.
Hobbies: Traveling and enjoying my life with friends and family.
Words to live by:
“Never show them your hand…”
“Through Christ ALL things ARE POSSIBLE.” Matthew 19:26
