Next competition:
My goal is to step on stage at the Arnold classic, I will do what it
takes to get there. I'm working everyday to make this dream become
possible. If I get my pro card here first at FITX that would be
awesome. If I get an invite from IFBB Australia I will go there with
the aim to win my pro card. I know I can do it. I want it so bad!

How has your life changed since you adopted this lifestyle and started
competing?

It has completely changed. I was the perfect example of someone with an unhealthy
lifestyle. Juggling long days at work whilst studying at Uni, IIMG 5477 1
neglected my health. It wasn't until I entered the gym that I realized
how awesome exercise is and how powerful it is in changing your life in so
many ways. I become so committed to a healthy lifestyle I wanted to
show everyone what you can do if you set your sights on something and
work hard. Many people said I couldn't do it but I didn't let anything
stop me. If I can go from where I was to winning every show in my
first competive year, I knew I could help others. Having a national
title has helped me appear in both australian and international
magazines, landed me a sponsorship with Nutrition Warehouse and
inspired my clients to dare to dream big!!

What have you found to be the best way to balance family, friends,
career, this lifestyle, etc…

When I lived in Sydney it was very hard to find a balance. The people
I surrounded myself with enabled my unhealthy lifestyle and I
struggled to find a purpose with my life. Now that I work as a personal
trainerIi have the most beautiful clients as my best friends. Every
session is not just a chance to train them, but share my passion, and
I am now a part of so many wonderful peoples lives. The secret is find
something that you love to do and get paid to do it and you'l never
work a day in your life. My lifestyle, my friends, my family, my
training are all connected.

If you could change places with one competitor for the day who would
it be and why?

Ava Cowen, She is so amazing. I love the way she looks and how
successful she is. I love being myself and would never like to be
anyone else, but a day in her shoes would reinforce how much I want to
follow my path and be the best Aneta I can be.

Name two of the most inspirational people in your life and tell why
they inspire you.

My training partner and best friend Vikki makes my life so much fun.
She knows how my mind works and knows when I need to keep my mouth
shut (which is not easy) and when I need to focus.
The second person would be my Trainer Kris Porthill who I have been
working with for over a year now. He helps me with all my comp
preperation and makes sure I give my all with each and every rep.

Tell one recipe or supplement you can’t live without.

I love my GENETIX Vanilla Protein Powder.
I start my every day with oats and protein. I mix half a cup of oats,
50 g berries, scoop of Genetix Vanilla Protein powder, spoon of LSA,
water and cinamon ---- YUMMM!! :

Tell about a typical training day for you.  What exercises, how many
sets/reps…etc…

I usualy train 2 body parts per session, 4 exercises per body part, 1
warm up set and 3 working sets.
I have learned that my body responds the best when I lift heavy weights
with low reps.
To not plateau I like to change my training routine and keep my body
always guessing.

In closing, Who would you like to give a shout out to?

I would like to give big shout out to my friends and family in Poland,
Ireland and Australia. Knowing that I have such great support
from all of you keeps me pushing even harder.
Last but not least I would like to give big shout out to Ava Cowan and
Erin Stern - I cant wait until the day when I get a chance and the privledge to
share the stage with both of these amazing ladies :)
