How does your family respond to your competing?
In the beginning I’m not sure they thought I would actually keep it up. But they know anything I put my mind too, I will do it. So they are all supportive. They have learned that I take my training serious and my diet is very strict; they may try from time to time to offer me something. Take my dad for example, he will try to eat a piece of my pre weighed food, then say it is bland and needs some seasoning. lol My dad has been to all my local shows here in Washington. My mom lives in Indiana and will get her chance when I compete in Indianapolis, IN in June.

What kind of goals have you set for yourself, short-term and long-term?
Short-term – I am still itching for a 1st place win at a competition, so I wont stop till I get that middle spot. I want to build more muscle/definition in my legs, shoulders and back. I have a ideal image of how I want my body to look. It’s a never ending goal.

Long term – Step on a national stage, get my Pro Card!! Compete on the Olympia stage. Continue to live a active fit lifestyle and inspire others at the same time.
What's currently on your iPod? I listen to gospel music every morning during morning cardio. (Kirk Franklin, Marvin Sapp, Donnie McClurkin, Cece Wians) It sets my tone for the day. When I lift in the evening I listen to rap or r&b, anything with a good beat that gets my head moving.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of the bodybuilding world?
*laughs out loud* Bodybuilding is my life! I guess I’m lame because I honestly don’t have any hobbies. Training started as a hobby and turned into my lifestyle. I like to relax and spend time with my family and friends.

Do you have a favorite exercise?
My favorite body part is glutes so anything that targets my glutes.

Favorite Fitness Tip: Diet is key, Drink your water, It wont be easy but it will be worth it!

Who would you like to thank? First I would like to thank God, for without him there would be no me. My coaches C.j Harris and IFBB Bikini Pro Ruthie Harrison, my team Team Bronzed Divas, my family and friends for all their love and support.
