How does your family respond to your competing?
My family is absolutely 100% supportive in my competing. I have completely shocked them with all the changes I have made and how I influence them to be better. My mom and best friend have been there through every step of my training and I couldn't imagine having any other support system because I have the best team and workout partner anyone could ask for.
What kind of goals have you set for yourself, short-term and long-term?
My goals are to continue to shock myself every single day and every single change. I plan on competing for a long time, I would love to be at the Olympia one day! My current short term goal is to rock the stage at the IFBB North Americans after only 9 weeks of training and being just 24. Hopefully find a sponsor at some point through this journey.
What's currently on your iPod?
Oh my iPod haha... really my iPhone which is my lifeline. I usually have Pandora pumping at the gym with either country radio, some Akon or Pink. I don't hate any kind of music.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of the bodybuilding world?
My hobbies besides bodybuilding? That is actually hard to answer because this is now my life. I do love to cook and create different types of desserts, especially with my new protein recipe ideas. I also love playing with my German Shepherd and going on road trips.
Do you have a favorite exercise?
My favorite exercise is biceps and triceps! You have to love when every guy in the gym cant help but try not to notice! Especially doing barbell curls.
