What is your favorite contest prep recipe?

Sweet potato ‘chips’:

Slice sweet potato, season with cinnamon and cajun seasoning, lay flat on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 min. Voila!!!

What part of your physique are you currently working on?

LEGS, LEGS AND MORE LEGS! I am working very hard to add size to my legs to match my upper body.

Name one piece of nutrition/fitness advice that has stuck with you.

Just because you dislike an exercise doesn’t mean you can skip it. You do what is necessary to get the job done.

If you could compete in one other event (FBB, physique, figure, fitness, bikini) which would it be and why?

Only in my dreams would I be able to compete in anything other than FBB/Physique.  I was told the only way I can do bikini is on the beach. Physique fits me well because I do not need to add any more size to my frame to be successful in this division.

Why NPC:

NPC is where it’s at! It’s the most nationally recognized federation in the industry. The foundation has been set for aspiring athletes to become even greater athletes and reach their goals whatever they may be.

What do you like best about competing? rx3

All my life I’ve been athletic, but also struggled with my weight. It forces me to maintain this lifestyle of nutrition and training. The focus and dedication required to prepare for the stage excites me as well as keeps me in shape. The moment I step on stage I turn into a different person and am proud to show off all my weeks, months, years of hard work. It’s my time to shine.

What are your goals for the future?

My future goals are to become an IFBB Pro, grace the Olympia stage with my presence and inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle.

Hobbies:

I love to experiment with recipes, watch Criminal Minds and NCIS, huge animal lover and traveling anywhere makes me happy. Get me a plane ticket and I’m there.

What is the biggest lesson you have learned over the years when it comes to competing?

Things don’t happen overnight. You must be patient and trust the process. Listen to the one person that you trust and follow the plan.

What is your favorite coHP9C6824 copyntest prep supplement?

Dymatize Xpand and Finaflex Ignite are 2 pre workout supplements that stay in my arsenal.
