Quick ‘n Healthy Gluten Free Low Carb Holiday Desserts!


It's that time of year when fphoto 2ood is everywhere. With all the parties and dinners that we attend, it's very difficult to stay on our food plan. I am here to give you a few desserts that are low in sugar, gluten free, and that take less than 15 minutes to make.

Crustless Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie
1 can of pure pumpkin
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tbs gluten free aluminum free baking powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbs pumpkin pie spice
4 tbs cinnamon
1/4 cup stevia or 1/2 cup Splenda

Blend all the ingredients together. Spray a pie pan with coconut oil spray. Then pour in pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let it cool. Then you could put nonfat cool whip on top and serve.

Protein Banana Bread
1-2 ripe bananas
1 tbs vanilla extract
1/2 cup egg whites
1 cup almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3 tbs cinnamon
1/4 stevia or 1/2 cup Splenda
Walnuts optional

Blend all the ingredients together. Put in a bread pan sprayed with coconut oil and bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

56 grams fat (All fat is from the almond flour.)

Fake Pineapple Upside Down Cake photo 31/4 cup Splenda brown sugar
1-2 scoops protein powder
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tbs gluten free baking powder
1 cup pineapple rings

Spray bottom of a pie pan with coconut oil. Then place the pineapple rings in the pie pan. You can use as much pineapple as you like. Blend the rest of the ingredients together. Pour over the pineapple slices and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool, and you could add nonfat cool whip on top.
