Hello everyone! I hope your summer is going well. As
for me I can’t believe it is almost July. Pretty soon we all will be watching the 4th of July fireworks and barbequing asparagus, chicken breast, and maybe for some, even yams. I also found a little treat too for the summer, which is called Arctic Zero Ice Cream. Yes, I am on the off-season and I do not recommend this treat if you are prepping for a show. It is pretty awesome just make sure to have only one serving because the sugar and carbs start to add up ;) I always try to find healthy things that curb my sweet tooth. My favorite flavors are Cookies & Cream and Coffee. Sooo yummy on a hot summer day. I usually pick mine up at Whole Foods Market.
Ok. Has anyone seen those Sally Hansen Nail Polish Strips???? I was walking aimlessly through the store the other day and there was this big display of all of these colors and prints and they were just calling out to me. Of course I had to buy the most dramatic looking one to try first. It almost looks like my nails were attacked by an Ed Hardy design crew. Hahaha Well, all joking aside it has been a week and they are still going strong. Shhhhaa-BAMB! The

Oh my, Oh my….. can’t forget to tell you about the last movie I watched, it was “That’s My Boy” with Adam Sandler. Hahahah, it is too funny. After my Sunday-Funday Track workout… my husband and I decided to go to the movies and I was in the mood for a good laugh. Yes, I am that person that laughs out loud like I am in the comfort of my own home, but not too loud though. I definitely think it is worth the money if you want to get a good laugh. If you like any of Adam Sandler’s movies like Happy Gillmor, Billy Madison, Don’t mess with the Zohan, Mr. Deeds, etc. you will love this one as well. Hopefully you don’t mind a little nudity and some curse words, but to each is their own.
