Hello Everyone! I hope your training is going well. As for me, I started a new shoulder routine last week and, oh my gosh, I have been sore for almost the full week. I have implemented FST- 7 for my Shoulders and I can defiantly feel the difference. The best part of my new workout is when I'm done blasting my shoulders I look in the mirror and they are all full, round, and beautiful. Yay! They have to be twice their size when they get pumped. Ahhhhh, working out is so satisfying and rewarding if you take the time to notice your improvements.
As for cardio I usually like to run outside (it keeps me interested and away from the dreaded stationary cardio machines) however, it has been crazy HOT were I live. The temperature for the last week or so has been around the 90's-100's outside. It is almost impossible to do cardio outside unless you do it at 6am. I ran out in the heat for one of my cardio sessions and I felt like I was in a sauna. Ya, and FYI breathing hot air while you run, it’s not so refreshing or fun :-/ I felt like I was withering away.
Well, even though we may be withering under the heat our Banana tree we planted after our trip to Bora Bora is thriving. It has shot up almost a foot in the last two weeks. I can't wait for it to actually produce bananas. How awesome would that be? :)
One good thing about hot days is you can always beat-the-heat by going to the movies. Yay! My husband and I went to see the new "Total Recall" and it was action packed. We have wanted to see
this movie ever since we went to Comic Con and saw the futuristic car they used. I thought the remake was pretty good; however, not as good as the original. Also all the main actors are easy-on-the-eyes so the movie isn’t too hard to watch, if you know what I mean.
On a side note about cars, on my way to work I saw a car club that meets up every so often, but this is no ordinary car club. There were lines of beautiful sports cars mostly Ferraris but there were also some Lamborghinis. They all looked so amazing and the sound they make when they take off. Oh it is breath taking :D
Well, I hope the heat keeps up because I want to go see The Expendables that comes out at the end of this week. I have heard it will be another action packed movie with a long list of good actors. Sounds like fun to me.
