How does your family respond to your competing?
My family is very supportive of me in everything I do. If they know it is something I am passionate about and they know my heart and mind are in the right place, then they will have my back and be there for me through it all.
What kind of goals have you set for yourself, short-term and long-term?
My goals are to better myself every day, be an inspiration to others, and just to have fun with it all. A long-term goal is to get my pro card and compete at the next level, constantly pushing myself.
What's currently on your iPod?
I listen to everything under the sun. Country, dub step, hip-hop… you name it and I probably have it. As long as it has a good beat and it gives me good vibes.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of the bodybuilding world?
I have played soccer since I was four up to the collegiate level, so I try to join indoor teams and play just recreationally once in a while. I am a full time college student so beside training and working, that takes up a lot of my time. Other than those things, I usually just hang out with my boyfriend and friends like any other twenty year old. Also, going to church is very important to me as a Christian, so I make sure to fit that in my very busy schedule.
Do you have a favorite exercise?
My favorite exercise would have to be seated military press. I couldn’t say why, but I just love doing it.

Who would you like to thank?
First and foremost, I want to thank my Lord. He gives me the strength to get through every day, good or bad. Also, I want to thank my family and friends for being so supportive and encouraging. A big thanks to my coach Adam Bonilla and Team Elite Physique for getting me started with my first competitions. I would have been so lost without him. Last but not least, I want to thank my boyfriend, Vinny Kramer, for getting me started in the fitness world in the first place and being by my side every step of the way.
