Canuck Corner-Installment #2
Hi Everyone!
Thanks for checking in and reading my second installment of the Canuck Corner! October was an extremely busy month, with competitions, lots of work at the office, and travel. Now that the off season has officially started for me, I'm going to take advantage of my time off from competition prep, try to build some muscle, and make some steady improvements for the 2012 season.

Raechelle Chase's Offseason Update.....Take 1
I’m very excited to have signed a full endorsement contract with Sketchers. In addition to being paid to wear my favorite shoes, my other obligations include appearances at Skechers stores & expos throughout Australia, print work and lots of shoes. I feel very lucky to be chosen to represent a brand I love.
I have decided to apply for The Arnold Classic (Figure international) I know there are only a small group of athletes invited so if it's meant to be it will be. Either way I will be doing The Melbourne Pro on the 17th of March, so my off-season though it feels like it just started is nearly over already.
Tiffany Robinson’s Journey to the Stage
It’s almost overwhelming to try and find a starting point. When I think about my journey to the IFBB Stage as a Fitness competitor the first thing that comes to mind is me flipping around as a kid wanting to be the best at whatever I chose in life. I started gymnastics at the age of 4 and my career ended as an Auburn University gymnast at the age of 20. By then I had gone through two reconstructive surgeries (one on my left elbow, UCL and one on my left knee, ACL). I was blessed with the great Dr. James Andrews who performed both operations.

Missy Coles Journey to The IFBB Pro World Masters.....
Hi Rx Muscle fitness lovers and buffs!
I’m very excited to be writing to you about my journey during the next 6 weeks. I’m preparing for the IFBB Pro World Masters Championship in MIAMI! I’m so happy to be able to make the trip back to Florida because that’s where I’m from! I have family in Miami, so it’s going to be a really special show for me. I think I'm going to use it as my holiday celebration (& hopefully show celebration), so bring on the turkey and stuffing! As I prepare for the homecoming, I have a lot of hard work ahead of me. As I mentioned, I am 6 weeks out and the two-a-day workouts are in full swing. Right now I’m feeling strong and I’m at a good point as far as my progression. My body fat is slowly coming down and I’m starting to see some muscle definition that wasn’t there a couple of weeks ago. My goal for this prep is to keep my spirits up and don’t let a workout go by without giving it my all. My strategy includes attitude, preparation, and execution. Here are a couple of things that I do that can help you accomplish your goals;
