What is your favorite contest prep recipe? My diet is very boring, but I do like protein pancakes. It's just one scoop of protein powder(your choice) and 1 egg white. You can add a little water if it's too thick. Just throw it on the skillet, flip it and you're done.
What part of your physique are you currently working on? Right now, I want to work on my whole body, but I'm constantly working on my glutes and hams. I've been told :) that I have a bigger butt than most of the girls I compete with. As a black girl, I take that as a compliment. But for shows, I have to work on keeping it tight back there.
Name one piece of nutrition/fitness advice that has stuck with you. You have to think of food as something to fuel your body with and wait for your cheat day to eat what you want.
If you could compete in one other event (FBB, physique, figure, fitness, bikini) which would it be and why? My friend and I always say we're going to do fitness, just one time! I used to dance and do gymnastics so it seems like so much fun to me, but I'll never have the physique or the guts to actually do it.
Why NPC: What other federations are there??
What do you like best about competing? There's just an element about being on stage that gives me a certain feeling. I'm actually a little shy in person, especially since this industry is so new to me. When I'm on stage, I'm not thinking about any of that. I'm thinking about flippin my hair. :)
What are your goals for the future? Just to keep improving my body, my booty, my stage presentation and, hopefully, make my way to the pros.

2011 Jr. Usa, 3rd
2011 Jr. Nationals, 1st
Next competition: Nationals 2011
Hobbies: It's been so long since I've had time for a hobby! I love going to the movies and anything that involves my little monkey puppy!
What is the biggest lesson you have learned over the years when it comes to competing? It's impossible to be successful alone, completely impossible. I've been blessed with the most amazing people in my life, both in and out of the industry. Always treat the people around you with the love and respect they deserve.
What is your favorite contest prep supplement? Rx6 from BPI. It gives me the energy to do my 6am workout until my 9pm workout.
