Favorite cheat food: I absolutely love anything with coconut! Almond Joys are amazing;)
Favorite diet food: Oatmeal
Favorite body part to train: I love training shoulders! There is nothing better than having a great shoulder pump!!
Least favorite body part to train: Me and legs have a love/hate relationship. I strongly dislike training them, but I love the results I get!
Hobbies: Believe it or not I like being active outside of prep training. I like working out in the gym, but in my free time I usually get my exercise through other outdoor activities such as running outdoors and kayaking with my husband. I enjoy cooking healthy alternatives to some of our favorite recipes. I also love singing and hopefully, one day, future bikini competitors will be walking out onto the stage as one of my platinum hits play in the background.
Words to live by: You never know until you try and have faith.
Before the Houston Pro show in 2010, I almost backed out of it two weeks prior. What kept me going was my faith and also telling myself " You never know until you try." For me I would rather regret something than regret not doing it all.
