Why NPC: I competed in INBF and WNBF first, I won a few shows there and it was time to move on
What do you like best about competing? I like the whole journey of getting there. Food prep ( I love to cook and I cook every day and no, I don't eat my food from Ziplock bags J ; Training and even cardio

Next competition: I'm debating, but looks like I'll be getting back to doing figure and will do the NYC Pro, right here in my home town....but well see.
Competitors you look up to: Arnold, because it's seams like he really loved the sport and had such a passion for it. He didn't just doing it for money. Although, there really is no money in what we do.
Favorite cheat food: Pizza and ice cream, but there is not many cheats in my diet, I just love eating healthy.
Favorite diet food: My lean turkey meat balls and protein cookies
Favorite body part to train: Shoulders and Legs
Least favorite body part to train: Chest. I stopped doing heavy chest a while ago, so right now I just do some incline presses and flys.
Hobbies: Reading and I am always experimenting and trying new recipes.
