Competitors you look up to: I have met so many inspiring athletes and the one that recently stood out to me was Jamie Eason. I just met her at the Arnold and she was so friendly, even though I had interrupted her dinner! I treat people the way that I want to be treated and it seems to me that she does the same.
Favorite cheat food: pepperoni pizza and Happy Tracks Blue Bell Ice Cream
Favorite diet food: Fresh green beans that have been lightly steamed
Favorite body part to train: I get fired up when it's a leg day. I always know that I am about to kick my own butt, literally.
Least favorite body part to train: Upper body and Abs, but I have really been focusing on these areas since I consider them my weak points right now. I just have to be careful not to work them too much if I want to stay in the bikini division.
Hobbies: I still consider working out a hobby J I also enjoy watching movies and television.
Words to live by: Stay Positive everything happens for a reason. If it's worth fighting for give it everything you got.
