Sports background: When I was younger I used to play tennis. In school I was competitive in track.
Why NPC: They have a long history of successful inspiring champions and I feel my body is well suited for this federation.
What do you like best about competing? I like seeing the changes my body goes through. The challenges each day brings as it gets closer and closer to competition day.

Competitors you look up to: My idol has always been and always will be Monica Brant. After competing along side current Ms Olympia Erin Stern I would have to say I look up to her also. She is just absolutely flawless and it was such a great experience to be on the same stage with her.
Favorite cheat food: Pizza or Haighs chocolate. It's a South Australian chocolate.
Favorite diet food: Fish and asparagus
Favorite body part to train: Back and shoulders
Least favorite body part to train: I don't really have a least favorite as I know I HAVE to train all body parts
Hobbies: Cooking!! Only when I'm not dieting, as it's more fun when I can eat it too.
