What is your favorite contest prep recipe?
I love anything Chocolate. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a "choc-o-freak"
I <3 my Chocolate Oatmeal Pudding
¼ cup Organic Steel Oats
1 Scoop Dymatize Chocolate Fudge Protein
3-4 Tablespoons of Egg Whites
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
Cook oats in a glass bowl in microwave, usually 2 min. Use more water than you would normally use (needs to be a little soupy).
Once cooked, add protein, cinnamon, and egg whites.
Stir like crazy, so the egg whites don't cook unevenly.
Serve immediately... Delish Chocolate flavor without cheating!
What part of your physique are you currently working on? My Legs and bum-bum. I think every woman should have strong, feminine legs and a "firm" booty.
Name one piece of nutrition/fitness advice that has stuck with you. "If God made it, you can probably eat it!" The trick to that is nutrient timing. It is all about giving your body what it needs, when it needs it.
You wouldn't put diesel fuel instead of gasoline into your car, right? So why put refined sugars and processed foods into your body?
If you could compete in one other event (FBB, physique, figure, fitness, bikini) which would it be and why? I think it would be fitness. I am sassy, love to dance, and act a fool. I'm a Latin woman, so I sing in the car and dance between sets at the gym. I don't even realize that I am doing it half of the time, but that makes it all the more interesting to watch! It would show my attributes and make me stronger as a competitive athlete. It isn't off of the table for me...
Why NPC: I decided to do NPC, because the strong, feminine bodies that I saw on stage at a local show fascinated me. My father was into bodybuilding so I knew that men could do it. It was game on once I saw there was a division perfect for my curvy, muscular, Latina body.
What do you like best about competing? I like to compete because it is a challenge within myself. I have to bring the best "me" to the stage. I have no one to complain to if I am not at my best. I also enjoy being a part of Team Bombshell. We encourage one another, and help each other backstage. It brings a whole new level of camaraderie to competing.
What are your goals for the future? I am on the road to my pro-card. I would love to reach the ultimate goal at Team U and bring one back home to my family that has supported me throughout my journey in the NPC.

Hobbies: I love to chill at the beach, hang out with friends, I enjoy entertaining my friends and family by cooking out. I volunteer for a non-profit organization called Queen for a Day. We dress up little girls with different types of cancer and make them feel pretty for the day.
What is the biggest lesson you have learned over the years when it comes to competing? I've learned to give every competitor their time to shine regardless of level or conditioning. You have no idea what it took that person to get to that moment, to get on that stage, and to present their body to the judges. I can only judge myself. I know that if I gave my all, didn't skip a workout, didn't skip cardio, ate my meals to plan, and smiled like I love to do, then I gave my best for that moment. If I didn't place the way I wanted to, I dust myself off, take a cheat meal, and start fresh the day after towards my next show.
What is your favorite contest prep supplement?
It depends on the day. I like fruit before a workout, and endo-rush if I had zero sleep to get me through the cardio that I have to do to prepare for a show.
Did I mention chocolate? lol
