How does your family respond to your competing? My brothers and sisters are all so supportive and I have become a role model to them. My mom is very supportive and is very proud of what I have accomplished. They all see the dedication, discipline, and hard work I put into this sport and they respect it.
What kind of goals have you set for yourself, short-term and long-term? My short term fitess goals are, I would like to win the Arnold and Olympia. My long term goals are being an inspiration to those wanting to lead healthier and fit lives. Whether I’m a mom or a grandmother someday, I would like to inspire those around me to stay healthy. For dentistry, I would like to someday own my own dental practice and do tons of cosmetic cases and make beautiful smiles!

What are your hobbies and interests outside of the bodybuilding world? I love reading on my Kindle and trying different foods from around the world. Japanese, Korean, and Persian food are all my favorites!
Do you have a favorite exercise? I love the leg press. I think it’s because I have strong quads and I love seeing the pump they get.

Favorite Fitness Tip: While working out always focus on your core and form no matter what exercise you do. Never move up to a higher weight if proper form cannot be maintained.
Who would you like to thank? I would like to thank my coach Kim Oddo and my sponsor Evogen Nutrition by Hany Rambod for all their knowledge and support. I would also like to thank all my friends, family, and fans who support my dream and believe in me everyday. It motivates me to accomplish the next goal.
