How does your family respond to your competing?
My family is very supportive! In fact my Mom, came to see me compete for the very first time at Atlantic States in NYC on June 2nd and loved it ! Health, fitness and nutrition have always been important in our family. My mom and dad were both professional athletes. I grew up with their encouragement in athleticism and was taught the discipline of being athletic.
What kind of goals have you set for yourself, short-term and long-term?
Short term, being in the midst of the current competition season I am working hard to attain pro standing in the IFBB J and would continue competing as a pro. I would love to make it to the Olympia!
Long term I am developing a line of food products that will benefit the whole world by bringing healthy, nutritious foods to everyone!

Form is so important when training with weights. Even more important than how heavy you lift. The chances of injury increase rapidly if you lift heavily without the right form.
Who would you like to thank?
I would like to thank my coaches Shannon Dey and Rob Rosetti at Team Bombshell, whom have helped me completely transform my physique to the best it has ever been and have given me the confidence to get on stage!
I would also like to thank my boyfriend for being my number one fan and biggest supporter.
