How has your life changed since you adopted this lifestyle and started competing?
My lifestyle didn’t change that dramatically as I have been a competitive athlete my whole life. But my life did change by this industry giving me the opportunity to showcase my talent and taking me into the career path I have always dreamed about. I am very blessed to have been given the opportunities that have been given to me.

What have you found to be the best way to balance family, friends, career, this lifestyle, etc…
I am not perfect, so balancing everything is sometimes a struggle. I am a very structured person so I do what I can to balance everything. When I am determined to want something, I will do everything in my power to get there and fight for it even if it means sacrificing some things. I now try to schedule everything in advance throughout my weeks and months to ensure I keep on top my priorities and what is most important in my life.

If you could change places with one competitor for the day who would it be and why?
Arnold Schwarzenegger. His style and training intensity took this sport to new heights. His tunnel vision built him into a sports icon along with his beliefs that all boundaries are possible if you hustle and work hard.

Name two of the most inspirational people in your life and tell why they inspire you.
The inspirational people in my life would be my my parents and my big brother who is no longer with us. They have taught me the values, strengths, and tools that made me the person who I have become, strong, disciplined, and determined.

Tell one recipe or supplement you can’t live without.
Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy.
It gives me a kick start to my workouts. If chocolate was a supplement that would be first on my list too! LOL!

Tell about a typical training day for you.  WhEastern Ont shootat exercises, how many sets/reps…etc…
A typical training day starts at 5 am when I head off to the gym for my morning workout and cardio. Since making the switch back to fitness from figure, I have incorporated a lot more endurance based and metabolic type training.

In closing, who would you like to give a shout out to?
First of all I would like to thank X2X Clothing for my amazing sponsorship with them and giving me the opportunity to be showcased with some of their amazing athletes.
My family, for being supportive towards my fitness endeavors, and most of all to my closest friends. Words cannot express how thankful I am for having you all in my life. You all in some way helped me face my biggest challenges and find the mental and physical strength to defeat my opponents, even if my opponent was myself. Nelly De fino, Sheri Fisher , Lauren Jacobson, Scott Rice and Joe Marques, you all made me more aware of the talented person I am and continue to make me keep my fire going, and you all have also been my Dr Phil at times when needed... BIG HUGS.
And thank you to all of my other supporters for your encouraging and kind words throughout my competitive career. And a big shout out to The OPA and C.B.B.F. for allowing me to compete with the most amazing federation.
