Career: Defensive Tactics Instructor for Interenal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigation at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy in Glynco, GA
Sports background: I was a competitive gymnast from the age of 11 to 17. Prior to retiring at 17, I was competing as a level 9 in USA Gymnastics. In 2006, I want back to gymnastics. I helped to develop an adult gymnastics team in Pennsylvania in which we competed in both USAIGC and USA Gymnastics sanctioned competitions. In 2009, I began training and competiting in Fitness Competitions.
I also threw the shot-put my Junior year of High School.
Why NPC: To become an IFBB Pro.
What do you like best about competing? Peforming my fitness routine and inspiring others.

Favorite diet food:Sweet potato
Favorite body part to train: All of them. My favorite thing to train are handstand shoulder taps! Love being a fitness competitor. It makes working out so entertaining.
Least favorite body part to train: I like to work all body parts, but hate when my body doesn't want me to work a certain part. However, to keep training sometimes you got to listen to what your body is telling you or risk further injury.
Hobbies: Anything I can do outdoors, reading and yoga
