 What is your biggest gym pet peeve? Guys that don't load weights off the leg press machine!

 How do you like to reward yourself? With a meal of sushi and glass of good red wine.

 If you could change one things about the world what would it be? People who hurt and neglect other people.

What do you do right before you step onstage? Take a deep breath and allow myself to enjoy the moment!

Next competition: I have my sights set on the Arnold in Columbus, Ohio in March next year!

If someone followed you for the day what would they be most surprised about? Probably that I am very independant and my favorite past time is spending time with my son and husband!

 What is your preferred tanning product and why? Jan Tana

I have tried many tans and found Jan Tana to be the easiest to apply and the color works well with my skin.

 Favorite Quote: Dedication is the hard work you put in once you're tired from the hard work that's already been done!
