What is your favorite contest prep recipe? Species vanilla peanut butter protein with 1 tsp peanut butter. Yum!!
What part of your physique are you currently working on? I would like to widen my lats and develop more of an outer sweep on my quads.
Name one piece of nutrition/fitness advice that has stuck with you. It is a long PROCESS! There is no magic to it, it takes persistence and commitment, and the process never ends!
If you could compete in one other event (FBB, physique, figure, fitness, bikini) which would it be and why? Figure, because I admire how those girls can carry themselves so gracefully in heels on stage!! I am not a heels girl!!
Why NPC: Because it is the “gold standard” of bodybuilding.
What do you like best about competing? The sense of accomplishment I get knowing I have prepared myself to the best of my ability, and then get to show off all the hard work.
What are your goals for the future? I would like to receive my pro card.

Hobbies: Besides bodybuilding, I am obsessed with my dogs! I have two American Bulldogs that I love spending time with. We plan on breeding in January 2012… I can’t wait to have a house full of puppies!!
What is the biggest lesson you have learned over the years when it comes to competing?Everyone has their own opinion about contest prep (lifting style, cardio, diet). Find one reputable, dependable person, trust what they say, and go with it 100%. My trainer, Kevin Jordan has been AWESOME, and I couldn’t have gotten this far without him!!
What is your favorite contest prep supplement? Species Isolyze protein, vanilla peanut butter.
