What do you feel is the WORST part of contest prep?image001

 1.     The tan – I really don’t like the feeling of it on my skin.

2.     Training on the days I have to drop carbs. L

If you had to lose one of your 5 senses, which one would you prefer to lose and why?

I would choose smell out of process of elimination – I couldn’t fathom life without sight or hearing.

If you could change one thing about this sport what would it be?

That is a difficult one. There are so many things I’d like to see changed; all of equal importance:

1.     The perception of bodybuilding.

2.     I’d love to see more sponsorship for young and talented athletes.

3.     More media focus on the natural side of bodybuilding, allowing the world to see what can be achieved without the use of drugs.

4.     A 100% Natural Bikini line-up. It’s difficult to compete against ladies that are supplementing unnaturally. Hence, a lineup for us natural girls would be great. Testing would also be required because there are a lot of ladies that claim to be natural that are not.

If you had a time capsule, what would you put inside it and why?

LOL.. This makes me think of an ‘Alfred Hitchcock’ quote: “I have prepared one of my own (time capsules). I have placed some rather large samples of dynamite, gunpowder & nitroglycerin. My time capsule is set to go off in the year 3000. It will show them what we’re really like.” Not that I would do this, but it is rather funny! ;)

What is your favorite vacation spot?SFME6 Audery Dippenar CandyShop

That would have to be Mauritius. I absolutely love the island and thoroughly enjoy the snorkeling there. Taking a cruise around the island on a little scooter is such great fun and offers an awesome feeling of freedom – I love it!!

Favorite Motivational Quote:

 1.     “Begin with the end in mind!”

2.     “When you know better, you do better!”

In closing, who would you like to give a shout out to?

 1.     My family, friends and fans … for always being there for me.

2.     My boyfriend, for putting up with my mood during competition season – sorry Shane. ;)

3.      Federico Focherini – someone I deeply admire and who has guided me in this fitness adventure.
