Spotlight On IFBB Bikini Pro: Sarah LeBlanc
Category you compete in: Bikini Division
Date of birth:06/14/1986
Hometown: (Bayou Blue) Houma, LA
Career: Hair Stylist! I worked in Houma for 2 years for Regis Hair Salon; this company required great continuing education while I furthered my training. Then moved to Phoenix, AZ and continued working for Regis Corporation for 4 years. My dad is a master barber of 22 years and has inspired me to be a stylist. I am now currently working at Hawk’s Barber and style for the past 3 years! The most rewarding part of my career and this sport go hand in hand with each other! I have never been more excited to start a new year and journey helping other ladies reach their ultimate goals and offer my services.
Sports background: I participated in cheer and dance, which instilled a love for being in shape.
Why NPC: NPC is very professional and I am proud to be a part of it.
What do you like best about competing? I love the learning and growing process I take something home from every show and apply it to my next show. Taking steps further out of my comfort zone and surprising myself! Waking up with such purpose and bringing my best self forward.

Next competition:
I’m super excited to apply the changes I have made since my last competition. I will be at the Houston Pro, Oct 12 & 13th. This has been another growing experience; while learning how to further contour my body while staying toned and curvy! I was a little too hard for my last show so I'll be bringing a new package to the stage! It’s such an honor to be a professional in this sport: I will be representing Kash Nutrition's new women’s team (The Heartbreakers’) and excited to meet other amateurs and help them to reach their personal best also. This is something I wish the pros would have done for me when I was just a amateur:)
Competitors you look up to: The hottest bikini pros of course! Inspired by Nathalia Melo, Nicole Nagrani, Justine Munro, Yeshaira Robles, Narmin Assria, Brittany Tacy, Dayna Maleton, the list would go on forever. I look up to all IRBB Pro competitors being a newbie to the sport. I still continue to learn and grow everyday! I look up to all competitors, just knowing the discipline and hard work put into this sport. I look up to anyone with such desire.
Favorite cheat food: Harvest nut and whole grain blueberry pancakes from I-Hop! Delicious!
Favorite diet food: I would say chicken has been my favorite. I look forward to eating my chicken and asparagus meal as I learned to cook it deliciously. :)
Favorite body part to train: My favorite body part would be legs because it’s the most challenging to push through. I leave with an awesome accomplished feeling.
Least favorite body part to train: My least favorite would probably be shoulders.
Hobbies: I love to shop for anything to do with interior design, hair/makeup,clothes and shoes. I just can’t get enough! Working out was probably my favorite hobby, which is now turning into more of a business aspect for me, but having the passion for it makes it so easy and fun!
Words to live by:
If you don’t have anything good to say; don’t say it!
Treat others the way you want to be treated!
Patience is a virtue!
