What kind of goals have you set for yourself? Short-term and long-term? Short term I want to find a job that fits more in the realm of health and influences me to go to school. I want to continue going to the gym and staying fit. Long term, I plan on working to the best of my ability to gain my pro card and go to school for physical therapy in sports science. What do you feel is the WORST part of contest prep? For me the first couple of weeks were grueling. Adjusting to the amount of food I was consuming, as well as the frequency, was a process. I was so uncomfortable, sometimes taking and hour or more to get through my meals. Before I knew it, it was time to eat again. In the beginning, eating was way more challenging than the workouts.
