IFBB Figure Pro Kenyatta Jones-Arietta: From 6th to 16th
In a few short weeks I will be taking the IFBB Pro stage for the third time since winning my pro card at the NPC Masters Nationals Competition in Pittsburgh last year. The second experience was a far cry from the first… From 6th to 16th.

Bring the Pain!
I'm standing in front of the gym mirror, my back and shoulders are throbbing from the workout I just put them through. The burn is so intense that all I can do is stand still for a few minutes until it subsides. It's a familiar pain that I've missed and all I can think is that "I'm back!"

Hey RX Fans!
Well it is February and we all know what that means – the Arnold Sports Festival is here! With just over 3 weeks until this colossal event invades Columbus, Ohio, contest prep is taking 150% of my focus and 50 % of my time (yes the math doesn’t add up but this formula is based on how excited I am :)). I have attended the Arnold every year since 2007 (and competed in 2008 at the Arnold Amateur) so to step on the IFBB Pro stage in front of thousands of people is a dream come true, and the culmination of a lot of hard work!

Hey Hey RxGirls!!!
I hope all of you had a great New Year! I know we did!! My husband and I went to Las Vegas for New Years Eve and what a time we had. :) We only spent two days there but they were jammed packed. We went shopping, had a nice brunch at the Wynn, walked the strip, saw all of the Christmas decorations that were still up, and were able to watch the amazing New Years fireworks show from our strip view room.
Trish Wood In Training(T-N-T) Blog #11: Who’s Elmer Fudd?
Despite my AFS, I've still been weightlifting 4-5 days per week. I focus on lifting heavy, but if I don't feel well or am just too tired, I now opt to take a nap instead. What scares me most is losing all the muscle that I've worked so hard to build naturally...and that I won't be able to step on stage again.
