Hi Everyone!

Tiffany Robinson IFBB Fitness Pro: Just Believe: Journal #3
People tend to use the phrase of “Just Believe” a ton. There’s also “Dream big”, “If you can Dream it you can Achieve it”, and so forth. So do YOU believe in these phrases?
I DO.

Wow, it’s amazing how fast two weeks goes by. Only 4 weeks until I’m on stage again!! I’m so excited for the NY Pro on May 19th. I’ll be competing in Women’s Physique and this time I’ll be prepared! The competition is at the Tribeca, the same venue I made my Pro Fitness debut in which I qualified for the Olympia last year. I have such fond memories of that competition and they weren’t all on stage. My family including: mom, mom-mom, great aunt, brothers, sister-in-law and long time friends Stacey and Kevin were in attendance. Having them there and getting to spend time with them after the competition was priceless.

Tiffany Robinson IFBB Fitness Pro: Working Out When I Feel Exhausted: Journal #2
Hey Everyone!!! So this week I experienced some major exhaustion. Who knows why… It could have been the drastic change in diet, the overload at work, the stress of not having enough hours in the day, being tight on funds, family situations, or just the fact that rain was in the forecast, but none the less I was just damn tired..LOL
The Ruthless Report: Cheryl Brown—Calm in the Eye of a Storm
You never know what's going on in people's heads, even in the obvious situation of an athlete competing at a major event like the Arnold Sports Festival. Take figure pro Cheryl Brown. The trainer, nutritionist and mother of three from Lake Mary, Florida, who won three contests in 2011, was her cool, calm and collected self when I snapped the accompanying photo at the expo—and happy with the eighth-place finish she'd achieved in the lineup of 29 the night before. Not an inkling of the challenges she was facing on the home front.
PLYOMETRICS- Lower Body Emphasis
In my last installment I outlined upper body plyometrics and how to infuse the movements and training protocols in your own routine. The other half of plyometrics, the set of movements I’ll discuss today fall under the category of lower body plyometrics, or the plyometric exercises that are probably much more well known. I’m sure when you think about plyometrics, exercises like box jumps and squat jumps come to mind- all of which are high intensity forms of lower body plyometric training.
