I hope everyone is having a great week! As for me my workouts are going great! I have now added in some more plyos in my workouts and the intensity has definitely gone up.
Much of our daily food intake is high in acid and what I mean by this is the ph balance of our meals. Even if you eat whole foods, cook at home and take in a lot of produce you still have ph balances in the food items which can vary.
It was a September to remember for this intrepid physique-world reporter. The Olympia Weekend in Vegas at the end of the month was of course a major highlight, but I also got to travel cross country for a unique assignment at the Johnny Stewart Fitness Championships in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina: recording an Olympia predictions video with eight-time Mr. O Lee Haney.
