Hi Everyone, I hope you had a great week :D
As for me this week has been AWESOME!! I am back in the swing of my training, since I took some time off, and my body is responding nicely. I love noticing the changes I make in my body once I start back on my competition mode. It is so empowering. I am currently building up my shoulders, lats, and glutes. The workouts are so good I almost feel like the “tin-man” the next day. Lol. I’m still waiting to see more change in my glutes, but to build up that muscle may take a little more time. Squat rack here I come ;)
Are YOU Overtraining?
"The muscle building process happens when we rest, not while we are working out."
We as competitors and elite athletes know that improving fitness and body shape requires more than just "regular workouts". For one to excel in their sport progressive increases in training and dietary manipulation are only a small feat to endure on their way to the top. However, even the conditioned athlete can fall victim to training overload. This excessive overload can lead to 'overtraining', a condition that negatively affects the body and mind.

TRAINING WITH THE BOYS. Is There Really a Difference?
In life and basically in many, if not all things we do, there is an unspoken rule that is 'known' to each of us regarding our roles in society and what we are able to do as male and female. Now, it seems that this is not just a one time thing. It follows us throughout life in all we do and all that we would like to do. If one does not follow that ideal, we are questioned, teased and maybe even put down. But who is to say or tell me what I can and cannot do? After all, does my gender dictate my abilities? Well, it seems that these perceptions of what a male and female can do has worked its way into the gym. Females are not to have muscle, use only the cardio machines and if they are to pick up a weight, it will be the light ones that are pink and/or purple because females like those colors.

Hello Everyone! I hope your training is going well. As for me, I started a new shoulder routine last week and, oh my gosh, I have been sore for almost the full week. I have implemented FST- 7 for my Shoulders and I can defiantly feel the difference. The best part of my new workout is when I'm done blasting my shoulders I look in the mirror and they are all full, round, and beautiful. Yay! They have to be twice their size when they get pumped. Ahhhhh, working out is so satisfying and rewarding if you take the time to notice your improvements.

Booty Building Superset Routine
If I had given into my natural genetic setpoint which gave me a relatively flat booty due to my Japanese ancestry, I would never have transformed my posterior into what it is today. In recent years the quest for a round butt has been one of the most highly coveted physical attributes for women. In keeping with this highly sought goal, I am providing readers with a superset routine which will create the full and curvaceous look which fills out a pair of jeans nicely and turns heads in a good way!
